I am a artist & cartoonist as well as the co-creator of the Endangered Species Print Project. I'm now based out of Delaware. I have only been here several months but I love it, much more nature than my previous HQ in Chicago. The first state has loads of great hiking spots to offer, the Atlantic ocean and a backyard with tons of cool slugs!
My illustration work has been included in a museum exhibit on the Burgess Shale that traveled internationally with the Smithsonian Institute Traveling Exhibition Services (SITES), The Endangered Species Condom Project which was profiled in The New York Times, featured on a billboard in Times Square, and won two Addy awards, and the book City Creatures published in 2015.
Recent exhibitions of my art include a 2 person show Animal Umwelt at iMOCA Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art, City Creatures at Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum (Chicago), Dress/Sheild at Lump Gallery (Raleigh), and Rare Nature also at Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.
My art and projects have been featured in Uppercase magazine, Orion Magazine, Juxtapoz online, BusinessWeek online, Sierra Club, ReadyMade Magazine, Amelia’s Magazine, and Mankind Magazine among others.
In addition to the art you see here I put in a lot of time as the director of The Endangered Species Print Project creating limited-edition art prints to raise funds for critically endangered species. So far we have raised $15,000 for conservation.
